With a high density of water outlets throughout the building, these projects place high requirements on the stability, durability, and long-term reliability of the water supply system.
Kempinski Hotel Beijing has 480 guest rooms together with multiple dining and hotel service areas. The large number of guest rooms creates a substantial number of independent water outlets throughout the building, requiring the water supply system to maintain stable operation under long-term and high-frequency use.
In luxury hotels of this type, a large proportion of the piping system is concealed within walls, pipe shafts, ceilings, and equipment spaces. Once the hotel is in operation, any piping failure may result in costly repairs and may also affect normal hotel operations and the guest experience. Pipe material quality, connection reliability, and long-term system stability are therefore important considerations when selecting the piping system.
