Zhejiang Franta Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 and is headquartered in Cixi, Zhejiang. Covering an area of 108,000 square meters, the company is a comprehensive stainless steel manufacturer integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service.
With deep expertise in the stainless steel sector, Franta has built three major business segments: fan and kitchen appliance components, stainless steel piping systems, and high-end stainless steel sinks. Our capabilities span product R&D, mold development, precision stamping, deep drawing, welding, surface treatment, and large-scale production, enabling us to offer OEM, ODM, and customized manufacturing services.
Franta holds more than 50 independently developed patents and has participated in drafting national and industry standards more than 28 times, serving as the chief editor of the "Made in Zhejiang" standard for stainless steel compression-type pipe fittings. Our products are widely used in construction, kitchen and bathroom, industrial equipment, and commercial infrastructure. Our stainless steel piping systems have supported over 10,000 projects, including Beijing Daxing International Airport, China Resources Headquarters in Shenzhen, and Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai.

Quality Inspection
Gas-Shielded Welding
Shielding gas protects the weld area from atmospheric contamination and oxidation, helping maintain weld quality and preserve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning removes residual oils, particles, and other contaminants from pipes and fittings, helping ensure clean surfaces for subsequent processing and use.
Pickling and Passivation
Pickling removes surface oxides and weld discoloration, while passivation promotes the formation of a protective surface layer to enhance corrosion resistance.
Secondary Solution Annealing
Secondary solution annealing helps relieve residual stresses and reduce welding-related sensitization, supporting a stable microstructure and improved corrosion resistance.
Eddy Current Testing
Eddy current testing detects surface and near-surface defects in welded pipes, helping assess weld integrity and maintain consistent product quality.
Air Tightness Testing
Air leak testing checks finished fittings for leakage and helps verify sealing integrity, supporting reliable performance in piping systems.
Hot & Cold Water Cycle Tester
Temperature cycling test: The seal ring’s physical properties were evaluated through 1,000 cycles at a constant internal pressure of 2.5 MPa, conducted at (20 ± 5 °C) and (93 ± 5 °C).
Alternating Bending Test Machine
One million vibration and bending cycles are performed to evaluate the vibration resistance, structural durability and service life of the piping system.
Universal Testing Machine
Pull-out, flaring, flattening, tensile strength and elongation tests are conducted to evaluate the mechanical performance of pipes and fittings.
Hardness Tester
Hardness testing is performed on stainless steel raw materials and solution-annealed fittings to verify process consistency and product reliability.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
A 240-hour neutral salt spray test is conducted to evaluate the corrosion resistance and durability of stainless steel materials and finished products.
German-Imported Spectrometer
The chemical composition of incoming stainless steel raw materials is analyzed to verify material grades and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
