Franta Wins Two Major Water Industry Awards for the Ninth Time
Franta once again received the “Industry Famous Brand” and “Outstanding Contribution Enterprise” awards in China's water supply and drainage industry, marking the ninth consecutive edition in which the company has won both honors and further demonstrating its long-term strength in thin-wall stainless steel pipes and press-fit piping systems.

From March 11 to 13, the 2026 Water Supply and Drainage Technology & Equipment Conference and China Forum for World Water Day was successfully held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The event was jointly organized by the Water Supply and Drainage Equipment Branch and the Pipeline Branch of the China Construction Metal Structure Association, bringing together leading experts from across China's water supply and drainage industry. Attendees included Zhao Li, National Engineering Survey and Design Master, and Song Lanhe, Chief Engineer of the Urban Water Supply Quality Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Construction, along with leading enterprises and industry professionals. Zhejiang Franta Co., Ltd., serving as a Vice Chairman Member of the Pipeline Committee of the China Construction Metal Structure Association, was also invited to attend the conference to discuss cutting-edge technologies and pathways toward high-quality development in the water supply and drainage industry.
During the conference, the 2024-2025 Water Supply and Drainage Industry Honor List was officially announced. Franta once again received two major awards: “Industry Famous Brand” and “Outstanding Contribution Enterprise.” Notably, this marks the ninth consecutive edition in which Franta has received both honors, further demonstrating the company's long-term influence and recognition within China's water supply and drainage and stainless steel piping industries.
As a company deeply engaged in thin-wall stainless steel piping technology, Franta focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of stainless steel pipes and press-fit fittings. The company has introduced internationally advanced production equipment, established a national-level environmental laboratory and a comprehensive quality inspection system, and developed core technologies including secondary bright solution heat treatment, gas-shielded welding, pickling and passivation, and high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning. Franta has also established an intellectual property compliance management system and a customer-oriented, comprehensive after-sales service system. With after-sales service management maturity certification, the company is committed to providing partners with full lifecycle support, from product selection and stainless steel piping system solutions to technical assistance and after-sales service.
At the same time, Franta actively contributes to the development of industry standards. The company has participated in the drafting and compilation of national, industry, and association standards on 23 occasions. In 2018, Franta led the drafting of the “Made in Zhejiang” standard for Stainless Steel Press-Fit Fittings. Franta is currently also participating as a contributing organization in the preparation of the technical document on the design and installation of applicable water supply and drainage technologies for “Good Houses,” continuing to advance the stainless steel piping and water supply industry through standardization.
Looking ahead, Franta will continue to deepen its expertise in the thin-wall stainless steel piping market, establish industry benchmarks through high-quality products and technologies, and contribute more Franta stainless steel piping solutions to the high-quality development of China's water supply and drainage industry.
